Due to the impact of COVID-19 on ridership and on the reduction in the workforce, SCAT sought TMD’s assistance in developing timetable changes to operate a modified Saturday service on Weekdays. Using SCAT’s TrapezeTM systems (FX, Blockbuster, and OPS), with remote access, TMD developed a new sign-up for SCAT to implement.
