On July 9, Santa Monica City Council adopted the Brighter Blue five-year plan to improve Big Blue Bus service. The plan focuses on creating a network of high-frequency 10-minute service, expanding service hours throughout the week, and improving connections to future LA Metro light rail extensions. We really enjoyed leading this project along with our team members at Fehr & Peers and Arellano Associates, as well as the City of Santa Monica staff, and look forward to following its progress through implementation.
