Obadiah is a recent graduate of UC San Diego, where he pursued his undergraduate studies in Urban Studies and Planning. His interest in public transportation emerged due to his upbringing in the heart of Los Angeles, where he experienced his hometown through the Metro transit system. As a student, Obadiah conducted research on the California High-Speed Rail project and worked with Campus Planning on redesigning underutilized campus spaces for better uses. Obadiah started as an intern, training under TMD in his final year to gain fundamental hands-on experience in the field of transit planning. He recently joined the team full time as an Associate Planner.
