Under the General Planning Consultant contract, TMD has supported VIA on a number of task orders, including the VIA Reimagine Better Bus Plan (COA), Downtown operating plan in response to street changes, Trapeze™ scheduling support and training, ridership modeling, development of service standards including establishing new MOD service standards, and planning support related to Covid-19 recovery.
