Specifically, Andrew has led transit network and line-based improvement efforts, involving data analysis, surveying, and route evaluations, in locations nationwide. He has supported these projects by facilitating strategic public outreach efforts, encompassing rider surveys, targeted merchant outreach, public comment management, various outreach events and open houses, and focus groups. Furthermore, Andrew has developed performance standards and is experienced in performance monitoring, assessing adherence to transit agency objectives and goals related to route-based ridership, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
