Overview

Lou Ann Treher works closely with senior management to oversee a broad range of essential daily functions for our internal operations and external relations. Her primary responsibilities include document management (correspondence, shipments, file archives, etc.), coordinating the company-wide calendar (including staff travel arrangements and client meetings), monitoring our office supplies inventory, and ensuring TMD’s compliance with building property management and maintenance. As the initial point of contact for prospective clients and the public, Ms. Treher fields incoming calls and welcomes visitors with her genuinely friendly and attentive demeanor. Since joining TMD in 2013, she has also played a critical role in TMD’s team-building efforts, collaborating with leadership to plan social and networking events that inspire staff and recognize contributions from each member of our group.
