Having served in the industry for 11 years, he possesses strong critical thinking and quantitative/qualitative analysis skills in transportation planning projects, as well as proven communication and presentation skills. Jeffrey’s extensive experience includes transportation modeling (including TBEST), survey administration and analysis, transit development plans, transportation alternative analysis, transit operating analysis, parking demand analysis, and transit governance options/innovative funding assessment. Prior to joining TMD, he served as the project manager for a transit network optimization study in a major city with three subway lines, two BRT lines, and 255 fixed-route services in China, and managed numerous transit comprehensive operational analysis projects in Florida (including Sarasota, Lee, and Broward counties).
